Over eight weekends, from several staffed airstreams, we served hot sweet potato samples with different toppings to shoppers at major Sainsbury’s stores in and around London.
Our trained staff explained the health benefits of the sweet potato to customers as we handed out recipe cards with tasty suggestions for incorporating the product into everyday cooking. Customer feedback was collected and passed on to our client for further analysis, and willing shoppers were entered into a prize draw for a holiday to South Carolina.
