Welcome to Flaming Cactus

Bringing the soul of Mexico to the heart of the British festival scene, we serve award-winning Mexican food at music festivals and events.

Crowned one of the ‘Founding Fathers’ of the UK Street Food Revolution (‘Street Food Revolution’, 2011), we have been dishing out high-quality, fresh and nourishing food to festival-goers since 2003.

Our recipes include chilli con carne, made with locally sourced beef, using only the leanest cut of meat; chicken marinated in our own chipotle chilli sauce, for a deliciously smoky flavour; fresh vegetables, delivered directly to our door at each event; our own Pico de Gallo salsa, packed with fresh tomatoes, finely diced onions, green chillies, fresh coriander and a splash of lemon and lime; and our very own homemade guacamole.

We spend many hours freshly preparing our food from scratch each day and serve it right before our customers’ eyes.
